One question actually, if there any way to make the egg a perfect shape? And what do I do if I want to save them for later?

Sure! You can use kitchen scissors to perfect the shape. To save, place your pouched eggs in cold water (do not leave for more than 24 hrs), when ready to serve; place in hot water and allow the eggs to dry.
