I made these sugar cookies for Valentines day. They were delicious soft and chewy. The instructions to refrigerate the rolled out dough really helped with cutting out the shapes without sticking. The only adjustment to the recipe was that I made a cream cheese frosting instead of a royal icing. I would make these again
