Question on your notes: did you chill your dough before baking? With soft cookies I always roll, then chill, or freeze and bake from frozen. Helps to keep the spread to a minimum and ensure nice, gooey, soft cookies. ❤️

Glad you enjoyed them. We made ours in our campervan so don't have access to a freezer. Chilling the dough would definitely work though 😊
