Very good. I had to make a few adjustments. My tomato went bad so I used a can of stewed tomatoes. I only had vegetable broth, used 2-3 cups instead of the 1 cup and added 5 chicken bouillon cubes to get the right flavor.
When adding the flour and sour cream, I pull a little sauce out and slowly add the flour/cream. Then mix into the full disk. This prevents it from getting clumpy or curdled.
I like to serve over spaetzle, but any noodle would work. Could taste just as good over roasted red potatoes
