Try 3/4 tsp mustard. Either use more cheese or not all of remaining milk after cooking pasta. Used whole wheat rotini and it took about 6 minutes to cook. Exceptionally heavy; maybe we'll try 2% next time? Definitely run blender on low.
Attempt 2: used 2% milk and 16oz cheese, 3/4 tsp mustard. Much lighter and better reheating.
