This was very delicious!! It tastes so fresh and flavorful, is healthy, and the chicken came out so juicy and tender. (I baked the chicken in a glass dish covered in foil at 375 Fahrenheit for 40 minutes and let it rest for 15 minutes after cooking.) The only thing I did differently was add some garlic powder to the chicken. Served it with some sliced fresh mozzarella drizzled with a little olive oil, balsamic, and salt, + asparagus, yum!!
