Wow, this is amazing. I used everything, but I probably put much less thyme and a bit less ginger onto the salmon. (And only salt and pepper on the potatoes and beans.) I used 1 tsp of salt for 600 g of salmon, and it was a bit too much. We're quite picky with how we prepare salmon, and this will become a regular for us. (Also, the suggested amount of potatoes seems very high.)
