I think this is a great baseline ramen recipe, but MAN are the directions poorly written! Love Half Baked Harvest, but this has got to be one of her earlier recipes because it doesn't help you at ALL. Like I said. Good baseline. Delicious. Fairly easy. Takes 3 times longer than the recipe states, but we're all good.
