This dish was a showstopper at our Thanksgiving dinner. So many people came to us and said it was the best dish there. That being said, it is quite labor intensive. It takes over your kitchen for quite a while. Not something you would make as a side dish at home unless you are quite adept at making béchamel sauce. Final product is nothing short of amazing. Hope your stomach can handle a lot of dairy!
