Used anchovy fillets in olive oil (sainsbury’s) as the sprats were not nearly salty enough (I am Swedish so have a good idea of what the recipe calls for). Ended up great.

I was thinking of sardines since the blogger said anchovies were too salty, I haven’t tried but will comment when I have :)
