Better with a few drops of vanilla essence rather than a teaspoon and used 2 tbsp of honey.
1 Cup mashed bananas = 2.5 bananas
When doubling, did not double the cinnamon.
Just put it all in the whisk. Used whisk to mash bananas first. Then added rest of wet, then dry ingredients.
