This was pretty good! Basically an eggplant lasagna. I never could get my sauce as thick as the author states it should be, so maybe leave out some of the water. Slice the eggplant a little thicker than the pictures show for better texture. Also, the basil is sweet so I wouldn't add the sugar next time.
