I didn’t use any curry or nutmeg in this as I felt they wouldn’t make it taste like I wanted it to. I added 1tsp of chili powder and doubled the cumin. I also left the skins on the little yellow potatoes I used. And instead of a full can of peas, I used a mini can and a 15oz can of black beans. I also added fresh cilantro because I’m addicted to that herb. We thought these were delicious! Let me know if you have any questions.
