I've made this multiple times and enjoy it. I'm still figuring out the proper order to add the veggies so they cook nicely; I think I just need to cut everything to a similar size and put it all in at once. For the sauce, I halve the Sriracha so it's kid-friendly and I like to go a little heavier on the peanut butter. The only trouble is that I don't find it very filling. My husband and I can eat the whole recipe (with rice) and still need something else shortly after.
