Hi this dish is a great snack idea or starters for a party. Quick and simple to make.
I made a batch, by following the instructions and converting from Fahrenheit to Celsius, however my chips burnt. So I remade the chips again, this time I did 120⁰C for 10 minutes and it turned out perfect, golden brown.
I also made an easy yoghurt dip (just with Greek yoghurt, lime juice, salt and pepper) and some veggie salsa (with chopped up tomatoes, cucumber and red onion). I really enjoyed it.
