We made this for Thanksgiving dinner. The recipe worked great, and produced one of the best turkey's we've ever had. The only problem we experienced was that we didn't get the oven hot enough for the first 30 minutes to get the skin completely crispy. Instead we ended up with only mostly crispy. 10/10 will make this again.
