My husband often has me make this for his coffee! I love it. Just make sure you use a whisk where it says to "whisk" instead of the silicone or wooden spoon it recommends in the beginning of the recipe. Otherwise you can get some clumps of caramel where the heavy cream doesn't incorporate fully. But it's fine for our coffee it just melts in the mug. This is probably my favorite caramel sauce recipe!
