Really dry the shrimp first and the bring to room temp for breading to stick.
Pre make mayo and ketchup. It's ok to go easy on the sauce since it's so delicious and makes so much.
Fry shrimp in 3 batches if small shrimp. Large is the way to go though!!! Or one batch in our new giant pan.
Med high heat to get extra crispy and not overcook. Uses much more coconut oil than you think.
