Really delicious and super easy. I made a few changes. I cubed the chicken before cooking. The chicken turned out super tender and it’s easier to eat and more attractive than shredded chicken. I also didn’t have onion powder, so I substituted it with Mrs. Dash’s seasoning mix. For the chicken seasoning, I used Old Bay seasoning. I substituted heavy cream for the milk. Lastly, I poured it over wild rice. It has a little more of a nutty flavor, which paired really nicely. My husband and 1 year old gobbled it right up. We will be making this again.
