This one is a keeper for sure, a few notes on this recipe. I wanted the squash and the green peppers to be tender and I didn't think they'd cook down in the time it took the beef to brown so I cooked them separately before I browned the beef and then added them back in. I also added Worcestershire Sauce and garlic powder at the end when I was tasting and a dash if cornstarch to thicken, you're also going to want to salt and pepper. I will be adding cloves and jalapeños next time to experiment and give it more of a kick, but it was really good and there were a ton of leftovers 😋
