Flavors are great straight from the recipe, didn't really need to add anything. Recipe recommends shredding your own cheese but I used bag sharp cheddar and it melted just fine.
The photo was taken of leftovers the next day. The first day it's a great soup consistency, the next day it was more like mashed potatoes, even after heating it up. This isn't a negative for me, and it still tastes great, just be aware it might not hold its soup consistency.
