These gyoza are DELICIOUS and absolutely worth the time!!! This was my first time ever attempting them and they turned out gorgeous. It took me about 6 hrs across two days; filling the first day, then homemade wrappers + assembly the next. Make an extra large batch and freeze for an easy and amazing meal on weekdays. These are going to become a regular "big project" in my kitchen. :)
