I'm not sure what went wrong but took this out after 45 mins and the sauce was a black crisp on the bottom of the pan. So no gravy, didn't taste of orange and was too salty. Chicken was fine, fennel eatable although somewhat charred! Oven at the right temperature. I only did half quantity chicken but used full quantity sauce so was expecting plenty of gravy. Really disappointing and I normally love nigella recipes
