so for the record, if you do the math at 10 servings (which are large servings this could actually serve 12 or more) it averages out to 1094 calories. which if paired with a modest breakfast and lunch is a reasonable quantity for most people for dinner. let's try and move away from the guilt inducing idea that if you eat 1 rich meal you HAVE to spend hours in a gym. that's not how human bodies work.
