Great simple recipe for a small batch treat! Used 5 tablespoons white sugar in the batter instead of 6, I also think it would be tasty to sub brown sugar instead of white for extra moisture. Perfect amount of frosting by following recipe exactly, whipped up beautifully. Baked exactly 18 mins too and that left great moisture while not being underbaked. Worked fine in a silicone cupcake pan without liners.
