A food processor makes the dough SO much easier to make than mixing it by hand. I used almond flour, 1 tsp of baking powder and some Italian seasoning. I wrapped the dough in plastic wrap and put it in the freezer for about 10 minutes before rolling it out on greased parchment paper with plastic wrap on top of it.
After the initial bake time, I wasn't able to transfer the pizza directly to the oven rack, so I baked the pizza still on the parchment paper and pizza pan. The center was a little doughy, but it was still delicious. I'll be picking up a pizza peel to use in the future.
