Would like to give both a thumbs up and a thumbs down.
Not quite able to put my finger on it but the flavor wasn't it for any of us, though we're all lovers of all of the ingredients, especially lime and any kind of 🌶️.
Would definitely go easy on the fish sauce and advise to keep tasting the sauce, preferably by more than one person since the fish sauce really makes it hard to taste and smell anything else 🤣
Cutting the carrots etc can be quite time consuming depending on the number of eaters and how finely chopped. And marinating also takes at least an hour but better even to increase.
