What a marvelous texture!!!
Edit: I had to come back here to say that I couldn’t stop thinking about these cookies after I finished them - they were that good! I gave some to my mom and she forgot about them for a few days and they were still soft and delicious in their sealed container! They barely spreads when baking. Even my kids loved them!
