I took the advice of another user and cut the amount of chicken broth to 1/2 cup. Even still, this dish was pretty blah. I probably wouldn't make it again. If I did, though, I'd probably dice fresh chicken instead of using frozen. The chicken just didn't absorb any flavor at all and wasn't super tender. I also added peas. I don't necessarily want to give this a thumbs down, but it's not an enthusiastic thumbs up.
