Absolutely loved it. I would definitely make this again. My guy enjoyed it. I actually used some leftover ingredients to make another serving but did it with airfried tofu the second time 'round. I also used Hakka noodles instead of lo mein (I had them in stock) which were really yummy & I loved the texture - the key was to make sure they were al dente. As well as added toasted sesame seeds for a lil extra texture.
P.S. I used chopsticks... He used the fork ahaha ๐
