I am not a casserole kind of person and was a little embarrassed to even make this for dinner and it turned out to be every member of my family's favorite dinner!! I season the meat with garlic powder and Italian seasonings, though I imagine cooking it with onion would be even better. I like to add chopped power greens to my helping, but I think I'm alone in that LOL
