This recipe has about double the liquid you usually add to quick oats, so it took a long time to boil off- we ended up having it runnier than usual. I prefer a thicker oatmeal, so I'll add less liquid next time. Otherwise good, would probably be a bit better with a little sweetener like honey or maple syrup drizzled in or on top. I also added in an entire banana sliced to the mix and then sliced up another for the toppings. It was also 3 servings for us, but even a third of the recipe was so filling I was fueled all morning.
