← Replies in Sausage and Rice Stuffed Peppers Recipe

It took me longer than an hour, more like 2 hours, but I am a beginner. I also did not see that it said COOKED brown rice, and when I made this, the rice was raw and crunchy. This would have been delicious but I fucked it up. I did not know that rice is raw. I just wasted 2 1/2 hours of my life and i'm sill starving ;(

It's OK! Now you know - learned something! Cook the rice according to package directions while prepping the rest of the ingredients. You got this next time!
