I tried to make it as bars. It takes 45 minutes at 350 degrees for them to get done. Just a heads up. I made this for my old man for a low-carb food for breakfast or lunch while he's at work. I don't care much for oatmeal normally, but he'll be lucky if I don't eat them all before he can. These are so good. They are sweet but not overly sweet, with a hint of cinnamon. They are just so good. Taking a hint from the recipe, I made this in quarters. 1 quarter I made plain, 1 quarter I made with raspberries as a topping, 1 quarter I used a few peanut butter cups, and the last quarter I used dark chocolate covered cranberries.
