Absolutely delicious, tastes like it should be a lot harder to make! I used just 400ml of stock, left the lid off for the last 20 mins, and added a cornflour mix at the end to thicken the sauce. Also added a carrot for extra veg. Served with mash and greens and was enjoyed by all.
