Really enjoyed it. I suggest buying lettuce wraps and doing it that way instead of adding the lettuce to a bowl. For some reason, it was a lot more interesting for me that way. Also, the top part of the recipe says 2 servings, but in the nutrient area, it says 4 servings. Unless my appetite is super small (it isn't), it's 4.
Last, don't do what I did and dump all the sauce in. The recipe makes more than enough for the 4 bowls, so drizzle and find out your taste, or you'll drown it. The sauce is tasty but not THAT tasty.
