To save time we chopped up the chicken, and served with mash and carrots. It was delicious! Perfect for a cold and rainy day. I did omit the peas, just as it turned out we'd run out - but will definitely try with next time. I'd also want to add a bit more liquid as it evaporated off too much for my liking.
