I was too lazy to pull out my air fryer, so I fried this up lightly in a cast iron skillet and then threw it in the oven to finish cooking. For the sauce, I added teriyaki sauce to dilute the spice, since my husband is Swedish and is sensitive to spice. He still thought it was too spicy! But I thought it was delicious. One thing I wish is it could have been a bit more crispy. I served it with white rice, peas, and Sriracha mayo.
