I made a few little changes as I didn't have any cornflour, so I just used a little bit extra plain flour, I also didn't add the grated chocolate to the cookie dough. I only had salted butter, so I missed out adding the extra salt, and I had no vanilla essence. But these are such good cookies. I have made them several times now. The Browning of the butter makes such a difference. My favourite cookies to make
