Recommend adding a pinch of salt. Can also use gluten free flour (1 to 1 is best), AND, if you multiply all ingredients by 6 or 7, you can bake it as a loaf of bread in the oven. I made a loaf of this last week and kept it covered in the fridge. It was still just as fresh on day five! Baked at 375 for at least 35 minutes, possibly as much as 50 minutes.

I agree things in general can always use a pinch of salt and I can't wait to try out your idea as far as the loaf instead of individual little personalized hate pieces. Thank you for sharing how you did the loaf.
