It was okay. I kind of just wung it and didn't follow the recipe exactly. Definitely needs a bigger variety of seasonings for our liking. The family LOVED how juicy the chicken was though. Also, I am horrible with rice so I made that in my instant pot with the same seasonings and some chicken stock.
