Fairly thick, next time I will add more broth.
I used bone broth (at the appropriate ratio) and added a can of coconut milk.
I didn’t have red lentils so I subbed for the green I had. Added pumpkin seeds on top,
7/10 May make again… using two pans isn’t really my favorite. If you loath dishes you might feel the same way… also, cutting the butternut squash was a labor of love.
