This is the recipe we used. Omitted the green chili. Used paprika instead of chili powder. Made with butter and added more butter after the veggies were cooked. Wouldn’t use the water she says since when you add salt tomato and veggies will release enough water to cook. Ut most use only 1 or 2 tablespoons of water. If you find it watery saute for 5 or 10 minutes
