Excellent recipe and it may be our new go to for taco night. The spice level is somewhat high, so if you like your tacos milder, you might cut back on the chili powder and cayenne. Unless I missed it, the chopped onion wasn't mentioned in the recipe. I put it in the pan first and softened it before moving on to the meat step. The photo is beautiful, but we just scooped the avocado out and ate it like a taco salad. Yummy!
