Delicious, spicy and very easy! I used linguine (because that's that I had) instead of spaghetti. I used sambal oelek for the chili/ginger sauce. I also added fresh ginger (maybe a teaspoon) to the veggies and just cooked then in a pan because I didn't have a pan that would fit in the instant pot. I think water chestnuts would have been great in this as well. I think in the future I would cut the chicken into thin strips so it absorbs the flavor better. A few workarounds, but it was great!
