I put all the ingredients in a gallon ziploc bag and shook/mixed the marinade in the bag. Then I put the drumsticks in and shook them in the bag as well as made sure the marinade was massaged on the drumsticks...I laid the bag in a pyrex pan and left in the fridge, making sure to flip the bag once or twice. I made the ratio of ingredients for 12 drumsticks but reduced the salt to 1 tsp using the same brand kosher salt as was indicated by the recipe creator (Diamond Crystal).
