I needed 12 servings and after starting the recipe I realized I only had one egg. I decided to just go with it and not change anything or add any egg substitute and it turned out perfectly fine! I made it for my staff in my restaurant and they loved it so much they begged me to feature it as a seasonal special. It’s very popular so it may end up as a permanent item on our menu. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
