← Replies in Squash toast with feta, sumac and poached egg Recipe

Bit of a faff to chop the squash just to have this fancy egg on toast recipe. Would probably just have poach egg on toast with spiced baked beans instead but it was nice to eat. Not terribly exciting but nice.
