A strange flavor combination but it works! It really grew on me. I didn’t get a better photo cus I was too busy eating it, haha. I made this to use the shishito peppers I got from my CSA, and I’d say it was a win! It’s juicy, sweet and salty, and ginergy. And they’re fun to eat! I used regular soy sauce over the low sodium stuff since that’s what I had, seemed to work just fine. Easy to make too!
