I've seen this a bit on Whisk. If people don't set the servings correctly, the health score is the same because it judges the balance of the various factors, but the calories and the percentage of each nutrient seems out of whack. This recipe has only one serving so it would provide 50% of your daily protein requirement, all your magnesium and other things most people don't expect from their oatmeal. If I am interested in a recipe like this, I generally save and edit it so that the breakdown of the health score is more like I expect it to be, but then the question is whether it's enough to fill the "slot" in your day. The problem is that doing so does mean that your copy of the recipe would only show one save and not be connected to these comments here.
